Sweat 4 Fund Return Policy

Donations are non-refundable.

A refund request for merchandise must be made within 15 days of the delivery date. After 15 days from the delivery date, you must contact Info@Sweat4Fund.org to determine the best course of action. All returns must be in its original condition, and all tags need to be intact. Sweat4Fund will not issue refunds for product purchases made through other third parties, distributors, or retail partners. Defective items or garments, purchased directly through our service, may be changed for the same item or a credit may be issued to satisfy the purchased price. Shipping fees are nonrefundable and are the responsibility of the customer.  Store credit may be offered at the discretion of Sweat4Fund. Refunds will be applied to the credit card or original method of payment used at the time of purchase. Upon receipt of the return, please allow 5 to 7 business days for a response stating the status of your return.  An email will be issued to you once the item has been received and stating the pending status of your return.
